Zoë hurt her big toe →
Had to take Zoë to the doctor today because she hurt her toe and it got a little bit of infection. She screamed a lot but she’s happier now.
Missed a day but back on the workout train today.
Early dentist appointment went fine. Glad to get that over with before I’m fully awake.

Hungry and tired after workout. Having trouble even focusing my thoughts at the moment. I’ll be ok in a few minutes though.
Wow, SomaFM streaming on my iPhone is pretty awesome.
Had a really great swim with Kai. Nice way to cool off during a hot day.
Late workout is better than no workout.
Work “iCup” coffee machine from Starbucks pours into a Starbucks cup I brought from home, given by my sister who works at Starbucks.
Nice dinner, some jogging and swimming. Now resting with darling daughter sleeping at my side.
… but Trespassers William is too soft and slow.
Need to make a custom playlist for working out as ‘random’ on iPod gives inconsistent results. Chemical Brothers = Good
Have coffee and Jamba Juice breakfast (thanks to Father’s Day giftcard). And only 58 messages in the inbox. :)
Workout done, now time for a little lunch.

After walking through Chinatown and North Beach, we’re now at the Apple Store.

Mission accomplished: new shoes bought. Wonderful day to walk around in the city.
Relaxing at hotel so Zoë can nap. There was a fire in a building a few buidings away but firefighters already have it under control.
